What to Expect for My First Cardio Class
Classes are led by one of our fitness instructors who demonstrate the moves and walk around to make any adjustments for proper form. Most cardio exercises require choreography, but don’t worry if you don’t get in on the first try! The goal of the class is to have fun and keep moving. You’ll catch on quickly and find your own rhythm. All classes can be adapted for a low or high rate of intensity.
