5K Run Club
Have you wanted to train for a 5k and don’t know where to start? This class will start you at the beginning with a plan. If you are advanced now you can work on increasing your speed. Meets in Conference room.

SilverSneakers® Cardio Circuit
An advanced class for older adults. It will increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance as well as agility, coordination, and balance.
Muscular Strength & Range of Movement – Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Step aerobic class is a form of aerobic power distinguished from other types of aerobic exercise by its use of an elevated platform (the step). The height can be tailored to individual needs by inserting risers under the step. Step aerobics classes are offered at many gyms and fitness centers which have a group exercise program. Step aerobics helps burn calories and fat. It also helps to reduce stress, promote restful sleep, strengthen muscles and gives the body a more streamline appearance. The number of calories burned depends on the speed of movements, step height, and length of exercise. Exercise sessions can create social connections with others and step as well as low-impact aerobics is suitable for all ages, low cost, and has no restrictions on place.
Step aerobics was invented by Gin Miller around 1989. After a knee injury, Gin consulted with an orthopedic doctor, who recommended she strengthen the muscles supporting the knee by stepping up and down on a milk crate and from this she developed the step regimen.
Total Body Conditioning (TBC)
Total Body Conditioning: the ultimate fat burning class. TBC is a mixture of lifting, cardio, and combining the challenges of RIPPED, HIIT & Tabata. There’s never a dull moment in this class!
Focuses on strength, flexibility, relaxation and breathing through traditional poses.
Yoga Fit is formulated to work with group fitness aspects & overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a practical user friendly style of class.
Zumba® is a dance-based fitness class that uses a fusion of Latin and International rhythms with easy-to-follow moves. It includes both cardio and resistance training components designed to tone and sculpt the entire body. Zumba® is designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels.
