Upscale Locker Rooms
A scientific based high intensity face paced challenging 30 minute workout that incorporates cardio, light weight resistance as well as holistic and balance based movements. Developed by Jillian Michaels…this workout is comprised of her 3-2-1 format approach. 4 circuits of 3 min resistance 3 min cardio and 1 min recovery. All levels are welcome and all movements are modifiable.

Adult Jiu Jitsu (Fee Based)

Pilates - Reformer (Fee Based)
Pilates reformer classes incorporates resistance training, springs and other tools to challenge muscles evenly. With an emphasis on core training, your balance, flexibility, coordination, posture, and back pain will improve greatly.
