Cycling is one of the most popular classes offered at Fitness Evolution. People choose cycling fitness as part of their regular workout routine due to its flexible nature. Classes are open to all levels of spinners.
Each instructor offers a slight variation to the cycling routine and everyone can reap the benefits of class. Newbies who’ve never tried spinning before should feel confident in the program. The classes can be adapted to the individual.
Spin at your own pace with the resistance that works best for you. The classes don’t involve choreography like many other cardio classes do. We have all you need to get a good workout. Just hop on a bike and start cycling!

What to Expect for My First Cycling Class
Even if you’ve participated in cycling exercise before, each gym and class has its own spin. The instructor sets the tone for the class with the music choice, routine, and energy he or she brings to each class. Feel free to make the class your own by making adjustments throughout.
Prior to class make sure you’ve adjusted your pedals, seat, and handlebar to your height and preference. This will help prevent injury and make your ride more comfortable. Ask for insistence from the instructor if you’re unsure about bike positioning or have any questions.
Cycling classes will include a series of seated, standing, and jumping movements. Listen to your body and take breaks whenever necessary. The great thing about being part of a cycling class is you don’t compete against anyone but yourself. You are in charge of how hard you push yourself and what you want to gain out of the class. Our instructors are here to guide you, motivate you, and help you reach your health and fitness goals.
